The breakfast was nice and hot. The check-in process was simple. The room I booked was brand new and well-equipped with a newly renovated large bathroom. The hotel's location is comfortable, very close to shops and restaurants, university of Dayton, a baseball tournament, and a restaurant.

Hotel was very grubby. Mom & daughter travelling. First thing we seen after entering our room was a big bug on the bathroom floor - dead. Hotel was in need of major Reno.

I truly enjoyed this quiet and absolutely great accommodation. The staff was super-friendly. The room was updated and reasonably large. The newly renovated bathroom was large and wonderful.

Water not hot enough for a shower and breakfast should be a little longer on weekends. Maybe 7-11am

I had an incredible value at this hotel. The clean and comfortable rooms easily accommodated my family of four girls. The helpful and kind staff made us feel welcomed. The location was perfect, close to everything we were doing in the Dayton area, including the church for our family funeral.

Very clean, neat, comfortable.
Either TV or remote control would not work correctly (or maybe I just couldn't figure it out). Had to manually lift up plug to get the shower water to drain out. Neither was a big deal so I didn't report it to anyone.
